WiP Wednesday

With the sudden flood of quilt alongs that I've joined on top of other sewing projects I certainly needed something to hold me accountable.

WiP Wednesdays is just the thing!

Not only will this allow me to really keep track of progress (the excel spreadsheet just isn't cutting it anymore) but it'll also give my blog a little bit more structure.

Roundup:
New:

Zig and Zag Quiltalong : Finished selecting fabrics and cut strips which gets me caught up to the current week.

Kaleidoscope Quilt Along: Fabrics pulled from stash. Still need to buy solid.

Ongoing:

Gift Quilt for Mom: This thing really needs a name. Best I've come up with is 'Spring Dogs'...which just..I don't like it. All pieces cut. Applique is next up.

On hold:

Bottled Rainbows: Half of my Konas are on back order. Plus I'm lacking in red/orange scraps.

WiPs: 3
Finished: 0

  1. Love the colours for your zig and zag. I have a bit of a thing for all things 'rainbow'.

  3. Having not seen your mom's quilt, it's hard to know, but what about "Mother's Keeper"? You know, a quilt for mom that she gets to keep? IDK, it just popped in my head. Love your fabric choices for kaleidoscope. Can't wait to see that one! Wish my stash looked like that!
